I am able to accept credit card payements by manually inserting card information into my Square reader. Money orders will be accpeted with advance approval, but your portrait will not be added to my que until payment is received successfully.

I provide a 2-4 week estimate between receipt of payment and shipment of the final product, but the drawing is usually finished within the first week or two. It normally takes longer if I have a lot of requests come in at the same time, which, at that point, you would be notified if there would be a delay. Similarly, if there is a shipping delay you will be notified once I am made aware of it. I also have a full time job t and a family that I work around so that is another factor on how long it may take me to complete a portrait from day of request.

Yes! I have a standard fame and mat that I carry. Sometimes the frames vary is style and colour depending on my exisiting stock but most are black or white.

The main reason I include basic framing in my cost is to help with shipping to make sure your portrait arrives free of creases or extensive damage, and for easier gifting. For this reason, If you require something very specific, or have a request, additional fees may apply.

Shipping is included in the cost of the portrait if shipping within Canada, and will send via Canada Post. If you require insurance and tracking for your portrait, or a rush delivery, then additional fees will apply. Once the item leaves my hands I am no longer responsible for any loss or damages incurred during the shipping process regardless of the destination (so the package insurance is recomended). I am also not liable for any additional duty/tax fees at the customs CAN/US border.

• Shipping within Canada (if insurance for loss/damage is requested) $80-$115 depending on size of portrait, and will be shipped via UPS next day delivery.

• Shipping within the Continental US is an additional $70-$150 CAD depending on size, quantity, and if insurance for loss/damage is requested.

All prices include a packaging/handling cost with tracking shipped via UPS.
